Cancellation before delivery

Orders may be cancelled at anytime before delivery and without penalty. A full refund will be made within 30 days of a request to cancel.

Cancellations will only be accepted by emailing the Cancellations department. You will be notified once your order has been cancelled and any refund due has been made.

Cancellation after delivery

Orders may be cancelled for any reason up to 7 working days after the day of delivery. A full refund will be made within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods provided they are in original condition and the manufacturers packaging. Where the goods are not faulty or wrongly delivered by 24 Electric, the customer will be liable for all return costs.

A returns authorisation number must be obtained by emailing the Returns department. Full instructions for returning goods will be provided with the returns number and may be dependant on the product type.

Damaged goods

All goods must be inspected on receipt and 24 Electric informed immediately of any damages or missing items within 7 working days. This should be done by emailing the Damaged Orders department. A replacement, repair or delivery of the missing items will then be made. In most cases it will be necessary to arrange for an engineer to inspect the goods at the place of delivery before replacement or repair can be made. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Faulty Goods

If goods develop a fault within the manufacturer guarantee period please contact 24 Electric by emailing the Faulty Products department to arrange return and/or inspection. Once again, in most cases it will be necessary to arrange for an engineer to inspect the goods at the place of delivery before replacement or repair can be made. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
